"Professional and knowledgeable is an understatement. I called Bill Jr to replace the door lock on my Honda Accord. He informed me that Honda Accord locks are known for failing after a while. He said that if I replaced the lock, I would eventually run into the problem again. He advised me to repair the lock instead. I brought my car to his location to fix the lock. While I was there, he also fixed my door handle, and screwed in a missing screw from my door panel for free. He even told me that he would give me a lifetime warranty on the lock he repaired!
